i know you guys at gajin still maybe are taking a look when someone sends a compliant but for me when ive compliand nothing have happend to that guy and heres a example that happened today but i also wonder if you guys could maybe start taking a longer look at things replay

For the players that circumvent the automatic system and/or are repeat offenders then manual bans can be issued as described at the end of section 4 of the Code of Conduct:
Images or videos sadly can’t be use as evidence as they are way to easily manipulated. A guide on how to create a correct report for each issue can be found here: (How to properly report players and contact Game Masters!). Please note that some issues cannot be reported using the in-game complaint system as the reports won’t contain the necessary logs to investigate.
Punishments are never issued on the request of players and all reports are handled in a predetermined order. We also cannot disclose if any actions have been taken due to privacy reasons.
