2a6 at the moment of its addition (and at least till the BVM was added) was literally as point-and-click as tiger 2. yes, there were some minor spaces the 2a6 could not-pen machines. But 90% of enemies were (and mostly are) straight up green to pen. 2a6 was (and still is) the only tank to pen 72B3 UFP easilly. 2a6 can pen most of the tanks anywhere - challengers, ariettes, abramses, ect. Same with 2a7. Only recent renovations did move 2a7 from m1a1HC for example.
Just no. You cant pen ufp of russian and chinese MBTS, you can maybe pen the ufp of the swedish mbts if ur lucky, you can not pen turret cheeks of Abrams, Chally, Leo, russians, chinese, Israelis (maybe)

At the moment of addition, the top tier MBT of USSR was 72B3. And leo 2a6 was THE ONLY to pen its UFP easilly.
dont require as just pointing at center mass easilly penetrates them, as their UFP is so small it practically does not exist
thy the 2a6 does it easilly, and anyone but US and Germany has problems with that UFP. Lol.
2a6 was first to pen cheeks of 1a1HC, and has chances to pen the cheek if it`s not straight pointed at it
also just shoot dead center mass, pen any armor existing in ufp and desstroy chally. Where Leclerc cant pen the chally, 2a6 does it easilly. And also, at the moment of addition. i believe Chally cheeks were weaker than now, So 2a6 had its chances too.
