M48A1 tank wont turn sitting still. A/D keys rev engine but slowly make both treads go in reverse; there’s no turning.

I observed this with the german M48s aswell.
Is this a bug or is the tank supposed to have no neutral steering? I think it is only since the new update has dropped?
According to patch notes, it has had its transmission “clarified” whateverthehell that is supposed to mean. But it also says the same type of engine in the m46 and m47 has also been “clarified” but they still turn in place (not true neutral, but turn in place).

Seems like it affected all the low end M48s all the way to the Israel ones, doesn’t affect the high end M48 Super and 120S though.

Interesting. So it IS a goof then? Well that’s actually good to know since it implies it’ll be changed.
