Hi there,
Since the storm warning update, I can no longer bring my tank to a standstill by braking when it is on fire, only by activating the fire extinguisher.
Is this a new feature or a bug?

Are you breaking? If you still hold W, your tank will continue to roll.
Seems to be a new feature after this update. Now your tank doesn’t immediately stop when your engine got on fire or destroyed.
Yes i’m breaking,don’t move forward.
Anyone have a patchnote for this ?
New feature. must admid having your engine bet blown and you roll face first into a wall isn’t always the most convenient. It has let me roll into cover or to shoot back more often than its been an annoyance though
It seems to be a new feature and I love it, though it can be frustrating sometimes. I’d like the same to happen when your driver or transmission got it.
great feature, i get shot on fire and roll out of my cover in the moment because i can’t brake.
Surely tanks should have an auxiliary power generator or batteries that supply the brake boosters with energy when the engine fails?
Well yea you should still be able to brake anytime as long as your driver’s fine. If I’m correct what needs to comply when braking is the transmission, not the engine, so doesn’t really make much sense now that I come think of it.
That’d be wild… End up rolling because the driver got taken out and become a passenger in your tank until someone takes the controls.
putting at huge round through the engine block to see the enemy keeps rolling feels a bit silly.
ive seen what happens when an engine goes boom, and that’s a whole lot of noise and an abrupt stop.
