You can use google lens to translate it if you want, you can get the full manual on the internet for free, there is also for the t64 specifically

I mean to be fair to the guy theres a plethora of sources and reference materials to go by.
so at least its well compiled, and even if some of the russian sources fall under the propagandra area at least they are sources
