I mean to be fair to the guy theres a plethora of sources and reference materials to go by.
so at least its well compiled, and even if some of the russian sources fall under the propagandra area at least they are sources

I mean yes realistically they are.
When we compare them how they perform IRL, like look at abrams or CR2 they arent keeping a 4 second reload on the move, in combat. CR2 maybe closer due to the suspension systems but IRL combat situations and personal experiences like mentioned above are not credible sources for balancing a computer game
Im of the attitude the T64B should get its 6.5 second reload and go up to 10.0 with the other 9.7s.
and for balance maybe give T80B the 6.5 second reload like the 80UD and such
as it sits rn the T80UD is arguably on par or better than T80B due to the fact of increased protection, and reload.
Losing just a bit of mobility.
