T32 moved to 7.0 and T32e1 moved to 7.3

My opinion as well.

This is simply not necessary, because T32 plays perfectly on br 7.3
Why should we torture the Tigers and Panthers more, they are already playing against T34, T26E5, T26E1-1

“Torture”, Lol. Tiger 2s are already torturing tanks at lower brs, so it balances it out.

If HVAP worked as it should, I think these tanks would be fine. But a mediocre gun, terrible reload, and armor that is irrelevant due to tanks at 8.0 makes its a struggle session. Too good to move down though, most likely. Maybe T32 can move down due to its much weaker hull and weakspots.

Most heavy tanks at downtier are bullies, the T26E5/T34 bullying Panthers and Tiger 1 worse than Tiger 2 can bully Jumbos. The USA 6.7 is stronger than Germany based on my experience, bigger bully than Germany will ever be lol

The US wouldn’t have a gap issue if these tanks were lowered, they would continue to be pulled into popular BR’s like 6.7, 7.7, etc, the only difference is that you wouldnt have them fighting T-55AM-1s with stabilizers and APFSDS shells and impervious frontal armor with 0 weakspots (the T32 cannot frontal pent a T-55AM-1 and can barely pen a T-55A using only shitty APCR). I feel both could appropriately be placed at 7.0. In full up teirs to 8.0 they will have tanks like the M60, Leopard 1, T-54, T-55 O that could provide tough, but fair challenges to the T32s. In all reality these tanks would mostly still be used and seen at many populated battle ratings between 6.0 and 8.0 so any holes made by them moving wouldnt really change. Tbh they are barely used at this point on US teams and so moving them wouldn’t create any vacuums because no one uses them anyway. This is because most 7.3/7.7 tanks are better at everything besides armor which becomes irrelevant starting at 7.3. The M48A1 is a vastly superior tank with a better shell, mobility and reload time with just enough armor to bounce poorly placed shots. The M103 at 7.7 is massively better at 7.7 with equivalent armor protection and a 120mm gun that has significantly better ballistics and only a .5 second slower reload time (14.9 on the M103 vs 14.5 on the T32E1). The M103 gets an APBC shell the pens 301mm at 10m at 0º and a HEAT-FS shell that pens 380mm at 10m at 0º. The T32E1 gets an APCBC that pens 224mm at 10m at 0º. Thats crazy considering its a 90mm gun at 7.7 that doesnt have access to HEAT-FS or Sabot with a 14.5 second long reload time. If they want to keep the tanks at the battle ratings they are currentky, I would suggest lowering the reload times to that of a Tiger 2(h) at 7.5 seconds aced. It makes no sense that a gun of that small of a caliber with that little of pentration is at that Battle rating with a reload almost as long as a 122mm off of an IS-6 or T-10A, while on paper the 122mm pens less than 224mm, they have the benefit of being able to normalize very well and over match armor, not to mention amazing overpressure performance. I agree the T32 and T32E1 were difficult tanks to balance 8 (ik the T32 is less than 8 years old) years ago, but nowadays there are soooo many HEAT and Sabot slingers between 6.0 and 8.0 that placing these tanks at inflated BRs doesnt really make sense anymore.

7.0 T32E1? Might as well drop Maus to same BR and see what happens. There would be no real difference. At least with Maus you could always run away no matter what tank you have.

Have you even played T32E1?

Maybe the T32 could go down to 7.0 but the lowest the T32e1 should go to if its lowered is 7.3, its way too good to be 7.0

lol no. Panthers and Tigers can EASILY pen T34s, T26E5s, T26E-1, and M26s. If you don’t have HEATFS, the only way you can pen a Tiger 2 is to flank it (and is case of the 75 Jumbo you need to also use APCR).

Tiger 2 is far more oppressive than T26E5 or T34 could ever dream of

Yea i have played it look at my stat card. I played it a lot when it was 7.0 and while some tanks struggled to kill it others didn’t. The smart tiger 2 players would sit outside of my APCBC shells effective range and shot trap me or if they were close would get me to bounce and then try and out manuevere and flank me. The difference between the Maus and the T32E1 is that the Maus gets a fantasy round that pens 312mm at 10m at 0º which is insane. If the Maus hadn’t had that shell added to its arsenal then i could agree with it being moved to 7.3 or 7.0 as well. there are plenty of tanks at 6.0 and 8.0 tanks that can handle KOing a maus. Plus if there are too many on a team say good bye to winning because you will have no real way of capping objectives and bleeding tickets which is always more important than kill counts. If you can’t find my stats for the specific tank here they are. I only play realistic and simulator. In the T32E1 alone for realistic i have a 54% winrate with 936 games played. I have 796 deaths with a combined air target and ground target kill count at 2,378. My stats were a little bit better when it was at 7.0 and briefly at 7.3. They have gone down while the tank has been at 7.7. This is one of the few tanks in game where you can literally be put in situations where you simply can’t kill an enemy tank using every strategy available to you. This is because they have stabilizers, better armor, modern ammo, usually twice your reload speed, and equal or better mobility by a considerable amount. I gave up playing the tank after about 80 matches of trying at 7.7 because the constant upteirs required you to flank nearly every tank at higher BRs or play in an extremely passive manner that didnt allow you to help or support your other team members. In full upteirs you have to rely on sniping and patiently waiting for side shots on many 8.7 tanks which outsnipe you drastically with laser range finders and you dont even get stereoscopic, its asinine. The maus can at least shoot a t55am-1 in the turret cheek and penetrate it without resorting to APCR and finger crossing. The maus is slow and heavy enough to accurately shoot while moving. The T32s dont get that luxury. They have a crappy round (for its BR), and an awful reload time. At least the maus can send a target to the shadow realm.

How is a tank with a better gun and a stabilizer equivalent to one that doesn’t have those?

900m out, no need for HEATFS here. M332 is a lot better than what people give it credit for, and i’m willing to bet that the substantially heavier M304 isn’t much worse.

Dunno I just kind of looked at tanks that were slightly similar and said “oh thats a good comparison,” after I looked at it further I realized how stupid that comparison is.

everybody’s APCR till the Tiger turns his turret 10 degrees

In my experience. Cent Mk1 APDS will easily pen tiger 2s.

It will get lolshattered on Panther mantlets.

It will shatter against american heavy mantlets.

With cent Mk1, I significantly preferred fighting tigers over the T26/T34s as their turrets were far less trolly to take out the gunner ASAP with APDS.

M332 would have penetrated that even if he was 30deg off.
