T-90M2 will likely be very similar if not identical to T-90M on the exterior. Some claim that it might integrate Monolith ERA ( Armata platform ) but this is also unlikely. Standard Arena-M and updated gearbox will be more than enough for the Ukrainian theater and beyond.

oh i know very well, this decision is up to the developers to decide, i speak as the implementation right now: missing the anti-era mechanic together with DM53, M338 and L27A1
many cases happened that only one nation gets a single new vehicle or game-mechanical and then other countries later, happened a lot with russia, germany and america so, nothing new

It’s better to talk in terms of percentage instead of fixed numbers. In the case of 3BM59 we are talking about 10-14% difference.
The number i gave is based on gaijin’s formula, your document is correct but gaijin uses a different way to calculate penetration as you probably know already, if you follow said formula you get roughly 10-15mm pen more over 3BM60
