T-64B and T-80UD vs T-72B BR placement?

Why is the T-72B a higher BR than the T-64B? The T-72B is 0.3 higher than the T-64B, but is a worse tank. With the reload speed being lowered to 6 seconds I don’t see a reason why the T-72B should be a higher BR. Not to mention its the same BR as the T-80UD. Which has the 6 second reload, but also better armor and better ERA?

The T-64B is a worse tank, having notably worse armor.

T-80UD having the same armor as T-72B, but finally has a reason to be better than the T-72B with the reload change.
