Yeah, I think some of their top got it modeled, but marked as “Optics” even if it should act as softkill APS
Wouldn’t it be, effectively, a rendition of Shtora APS?

Basically what they have on their modern helicopters and Su-57.
there was recent video of APS going after drones so Russia found a way likely not a total solution but a second thing to worry about. The tank is getting around the drone issue though the usual layered approach it always had just like when heat rockets became a mature technology. APS not the end all though.
The T‑14 is somewhere on the training ground.
T-14 Armata firing.
The T‑14 tank during the “Tsentr‑2026” exercises in the Chelyabinsk Region.

The T-14 Armata is gonna be so over hyped when Gaijin gets around to adding them (maybe a bit worse then Thai Oplot) . They are adding new stuff to them still so they are adopting battlefield improvements so T-14 likely will be a good tank for the game and likely a favorete for top tier and infantry.
Eh, the time to add is now, because it’s gonna be outclassed & russhaan ground is gonna suffer lmao. I don’t see the T-90M2 being added with improved reverse too soon (unless they act hypocritical on their points about the Abrams DU hull drama). Even if they did. It won’t make the T-90M good in any case. It still has a long ahh reload, bad guidance angles, and such…
The T-14 or new T-80s is the only things I see making them competitive in future. Even with new T-80s the most difference is a little more Relikt but mainly alot more 4s22 ERA which isn’t doing much against Kinetic. It’s just added weight in game for little gain. But hey that’s just my take.
