We´ll see because the gameplay style with T-14 will be totally different from MBTs russian mains are used to. We´ve been playing very similar if not the same tank since T-64A. T-14 may be OP in the long range and super weird in short range. Will depend a lot on the map.
it shoots mostly the same stuff as the current ones doesnt it? the new ammunition isnt fully developed and it uses the old autolaoders, wouldnt be so sure it will be op long range, when optics always were the specifics for western tanks
1- T-14 autoloader is completly different from AZ or MZ types. It was designed originally for 152mm rounds and can handle ammo 1 meter long.
2- The choice of ammo will be up to Gaijin and will depend on balance. However Vacuum was declared to be finished back in 2020 and above I posted some estimation on its performance.
3- Nevertheless, even if limited to Svinets T-14, may be too broken in long range situations. It can hide all of its crew behind cover and eat shots to the turret and repair it indefinetly. Combine that with the APS capable of intercepting APFSDS (even more possible at long range), gun depresion of about -10º and reverse speed as high as forwards (up to 85km/h).
not yet implemented, this whole thread names the normal russian ammo as well, the 152mm and auto loader are maybe plans of russia, but they have yet to be actualy be realized
Where did you get that? It was implemented on the prototypes already.
rather you need to prove that, the intended cannon for the T-14 armata is the 2A82-1M , with the Vacuum-1 rounds

But yes, the same autoloader for 152mm was already fully developed as part of the development of Obj 195.
