The Mirage F1 is one of my favorite aircraft. But please, dont give it to UK, give it to France. The red team has almost nothing to counter the blue team at 12.0-12.3 in Sim EC, we need more vehicles in that range for the reds.

“This miniature lightweight system is designed for light interceptors and aircraft with restricted accommodation in the nose. Question about the radar, is it a range finding or Fire Control radar? When I’m flying in Sim, will I want to have it on so I can see what is in the air? or off so that I don’t alert anybody?

And compared to the standard Elta radars, which radar is the AIDA II more equal to? Thanks

Range finding, its really only meant to give you a radar gunsight for what ever is more or less in the HUD FOV. Its similar to the EL/M-2001B on the Kfir C7 (which isnt modeled correctly in game.)

Yeah you can see that same F1CZ in this image.

That F1CZ was only a weapons demonstrator though, the only jet actually equiped with the SMR-95 was F1AZ 216.

i mean, it would be in the same camp as the MiG-21 Bison. Due to the lack of longer-range missiles, it turns better and is faster at low alt, but lacking long range missile at 12.0 plus shit starts to get dicey, especially now with F-15s being 12.7 now

Gaijin roll out an event with a copy-paste F-16?

Maybe because

1- Gaijin reserved Super Mirage F1 because South Africa is a subtree of the British Tech Tree
(Gaijin kicked the French off the table with this theory)
2- Then Gaijin ignores British as usual because Gaijin don’t want to give anything good to UK.
Since the Ixwa Strike update in March 2021, there is only ONE SAAF plane in british tech tree. JAS39C.
(Gaijin kicked the British off the table, too.)

3- Oh no, we don’t have anything good to add to French tech tree?!
(Decides to add F-16A instead)

4- Super Mirage F1 remains in the dark.

Probably Gaijin logic.

I geniuely believes there would be a better way to add F-16A(Dutch)…
