I have a more technical question regarding the summer sale, I´ve got the US and JP campaigns in some promo a few years ago ( I believe it was one of those mastermind quiz) thus I only have the campaigns but not the pplanes, GE or premium time from it, yet the store says the campaign pack from JP is already bought while I dont have the A6M5. Ironically the US campaign is not listed as “already bought” for me. To shorten it up, would there be the possibility for further discount as I already own a part of the pack?

Why on earth would you only offer sale on Tier 1-5 and exclude 6+? What’s the agenda here?? Just look at this thread already… There’re plenty of people interested in buying the higher tier stuff!! Fix it or lose it!

Opening up more discounts on gift packages will earn you more money, and players will get what they want. Is this difficult to understand?

So let me get this straight…
Outside of economy/research/progressions issues, one of the most common gripes around here is that in the top tier battles there is no variety as almost everyone has the same premium vehicle/s.
Those same people also complain about inexperienced players buying their way into the top tier, and ruining battles because they die straight away and then leave.
So now, when Gaijin does something like this sale, which directly addresses these issues, people are upset again?

I think some ppl just saved money for this sale, expecting the vehicles to be availeble. As they are on sale several times a year. No sale at this point doesnt solve the problem you mention.

I wouldn’t be surprised if they are saving the Tier 6s and Tier 7s for the anniversary sale later on this year. Aside from the F-4S, the remainder of the aviation Tier 7 premiums would be eligible for discounts if we were to assume the two patch delay we have seen in the past.
Tier 6s were on sale literally last month…
Don’t forget that there are a lot of people in the game who already have 8 nations on tanks and toptier planes, have been playing it since 2013 and buy most of the premium content on a regular basis. For us, this promotion is starter packs.
And so it annoys us that for years we make whole trees and then the snail gives you the opportunity to buy one squadron vehicle for gold or a premium set for 70 bucks for people who have just created an account and they spoil our gameplay on toptier BRs where most of us enter the battle with a full set of tanks , planes and helicopters. And then 80% of my team disappears because it’s the same premium set that just installed the game and doesn’t even know the controls yet, not to mention the knowledge of maps, weakspots, etc. It was enough to restrict the purchase of high BR premium content for relatively new accounts.

It may be that the T7 aircraft will be on sale in November, had planned to buy all of them and grind them over the summer. In autumn I don’t need them anymore, until then I’m done with the trees

Like I get people were expecting T6 and T7 aviation packs to be discounted and I was too, however it isn’t in Gaijin’s interests to be discounting these packs so frequently as it discourages off-sale purchases. They are a business to make money after all.
Steam is no stranger to shit sales and offerings as well.
Resolving that issue by not letting people buy prems is the worst idea. And they didn’t fix the issue by doing that, newbs still can buy their way to the top tiers, but it’ll be more expensive. And ofc people have the same prem, there’s no choice really. Only a few prems are good. As for me: I wanted to buy t55am, it’s 8.3 - no way near the top tier, is it?

that’s not the point, veteran player also do 1DL, seems most player dont like bad map and when they grind they only play one tank.

this is beyond the point, only a minority of player cares about that. 1dl is not because of the new player. bad map, one tank grinding, uptier, battlepass, and losing battle always trigger 1DL. Veterans also do 1dl for reasons, and the penalty will contributes nothing but fewer players and sales.

Shame there’s no Premium account discount and no SL in-game discounts, would be nice to see these two, 40 euros for half a year of premium is a bit too much
I have a question.
After removal of the Japan and American campaign packs, how else do people will be able to have access to A6M5 Ko and YP-38, and how we will be able to buy both of these campaigns?
Also will XP-38 (From the original American Pack) be back on sale, as well as P-38K?
