Ram jet intake cant be as far as from the fins. Thats just me and might be wrong.
What i think we are looking at is mostly the r77m or just a r77-1 with the fins replaced.
Tbh looks like its a r77m as the body get the extra part where it make supeeeer long

Guessed as much. At least Astra looks promising, if they will be able to cram it into Su-57 it might be a nice combination. Although R-77M is probably comparable and there is mythical Izdelye 810 somewhere in development.

Its not even is service with russian so i dont think it will be with the india any time soon.
Astra will be good but not such different from 77-1 thats if the russian will make the new variant of it with fin instead of square ones.
Probably not. Su-57 most likely gonna use R-77M as an internal missile, leaving 77-1 for Su-35 and Su-30 fleet
Thats if we ever gonne get a export variant of it.
Plus knowing the mids of the indians, they will prop refuse and spend 700million just to creat their own.
