I don’t like Gaijin trying to promote Russian kit it becomes nothing but miss information and it is with everything added recently.

It is a cycle that has gone on for decades. The truth is every time a Russian kit has gone against Western kit it has lost from Korea to Ukraine.
Not to say Russian stuff isnt cool, i would just like to see a more measured approach to Russian additions.
russian still use old t72/t80 and 90s t90, comparing the price of these to the leo and abrams show the difference, but also how much they got.
not to forget the defense budget, nato at 900B against 150B russian.
russia may not hold the card on tanks and infantry but they hold a lot of card in the balistic missile system and air force (air and ground strikes)

if the su57 come to the game, would i use it as bvr ? yes at 300+km, would i only play as bvr ? no would i spam kh69 cruise missile in stealth mode ? yes would i hunt air defense in stealth mode ? yes
just saying good luck doing anything other than bvr, even the f35 can only take 2 1000lb in stealth mode.

In game it will be good as it will be modelled like the other Gen 5s. I’m not saying the Felon is bad it’s judt not up there with the other Gen 5s in service.

it is in service, not just in big number, we also need to see how much did it cost and what it offer, su57 has be flown in ukraine more than the f35 has seen combat, no as bvr mission but as strike missile as it cant carry r37m inside it weapons bay.

and looking at what the US was looking for when they made the f-22 (a replacment for the f-15c) and how the f-22 is designed then it should be clear that WVR wasnt even close to being their first or second priority
