Alr alr just need to wait a few hour.
Gonna send sea level and 6km and 10km alt at 1300kmph launches.

Can you make that last one 15km and 1250kmh TAS for all of them since that’s the stated drop speed limit?
sea level launch ( close ) 1250kmph with 15km range
5km launch at 1250kmph with a 14km range
@quartas121
these are for kh31PD
hey, do you have the source for these brochures?
Look like some stuff from the Zhuhai airshow, but I maybe mistaken.
it indeed is from that airshow
High altitude performance looks in line with sources.
Sea level is a little high compared to Mach 2.5 given for MA-31 slideshow.
With what I’ve seen from screenshots of Mach 3.16 when diving down to sea level after 173km travelled it could probably be fixed with a drag nerf
MA-31 uses Kh-31, not Kh-31D as a base
Both would be limited by drag at those altitudes though
They have different dimensions, drag profile is different though
Then D model Kh-31 is accurate in its top speed at different conditions
Should be I think. I have a feeling that Kh-31 is a bit underperforming in range, but without knowing conditions of 100km range launch I can’t make a good test. I tried to launch it from 13km of altitude at around Mach 1.5-1.6 and it reached around 70km with very low energy state
Base Kh-31 or Kh-31D?
Base. D looks fine from what I could test. In similar condition it has much more leftover velocity
Try shooting 33000ft altitude and Mach 0.9 for base model. That’s the conditions used in MA-31 slideshow. Then try 15km and 1250kmh TAS to do max range based on Russian numbers for Kh-31P
Any data on range in such conditions?
Yeah that’s the exact conditions that were stated for the MA-31 slideshow
You mean it should reach 100km?
Under those conditions it should do 85km in 110 seconds
Hmm, I will test it once I get home, but before the changes it couldn’t reach even 70km in such conditions iirc
Or not… i forgot that dev closes today, rip.
