Interesting.
Also don’t forget the other one with, seemingly, IRST DRICM station on the nose

*Edit: was corrected that it wasn’t IRST module, but DIRCM

Could you please mark this report as a “same issue”?

As far as I know, a change or bug has been implemented on the dev server where targets outside the scan area are now removed from the cycle pattern when using cycle target switching.

This is a critical update that significantly worsens the gameplay experience for aircraft equipped with wide-angle radars, such as the Eurofighter, Su-30SM2, and Gripen E.

I would really like to know whether this change is an intended feature change or simply a bug.

https://community.gaijin.net/issues/p/warthunder/i/dYLw5ajDs14X

I am using targets located to the left and right as an example for the sake of clarity, but this should also apply vertically. Therefore, aircraft with a narrow vertical scan range, such as the Su-30SM and Su-30SM2, should be affected even more severely.

This is realistic at least for su-30sm/sm2/su-35. Unsure if it’s realistic for the others though

I see. In that case, it would be a feature that should only be implemented for the Flankers for now.

nope becasue those targets wouldnt get updated on the Su-30SM2

like i said, even currently those targets wouldnt even be on the radar

It seems so. However, I have recently heard that a similar bug is also occurring with the F-2. It should be considered a separate issue and is not really related to this particular matter.
j/APG-2 radar is not configured correctly

For a 3 dollar su-57 from aliExpress this model is very good

Damn the detailing is actually alright as well. This one must not be metal right? I have a couple from Hobby Master which are basically all metal except for small sections and they cost 150-200$.

It’s plastic, but it’s good plastic, and yes, I was also thinking about the details of the S70 drone and everything else. For $3, it’s quite large, it’s a resistant plastic, it’s bigger than my hand, it was very cheap so I bought it.

Yep 3$ for 2 1/144 Su30MK is good but my paiting skill isnt good :)
