Many Chinese Flankers use AESA. J-11BG, J-11D, J-15T, J-16…
As for Russian ones, none that I’m certain on. I believe an AESA was proposed to some Su-30MK derivative to try and export to China along with N001VEP + Pero (I believe it was the Su-30MK3?), but I don’t remember where I read it so I can’t say if the source is trustworthy or not.

AFAIK it was PESA radar. And MK3 was supposed to get Zhuk-MSE

You are correct, I thought MSE was an AESA, not a PESA.
Not that I know of. Though, there is an AESA radar being made for Su-35S.

Does L-005 perform the same task as Khibiny though? In which case my point would still stand of older Flankers including ECM in their defensive suite.

Well, TECHNICALLY…
There are Multipurpose AESA Interrogators on the wings of the Su-35S and Su-30SM2.
But these are likely not what you meant when referring to AESA Radars lmao.

Yes, @GitGood pointed this out to me a while ago, but Su-30SM2 features Radiotransparent pant on the leading edge slats, just like the Su-35S.

Pretty much, it’s just older design with PESA arrays, insdead of AESA on Khibiny. Functionaly probably not as advanced as well, but still better than Gardenia pods that were offered for export with Su-27SK
