The reasoning is simple: Gaijin needs to create distinctions but doesn’t want to make extra adjustments to the performance data. The YJ-91 is their best choice—identical performance stats, with only the missile’s visual model changed.

The only genuinely Chinese anti-radiation missile is the CM-102, which features an entirely new model and has not yet had its performance data adjusted. The LD-10, on the other hand, is a result of Gaijin cutting corners—it is modified from the PL-12. Currently, the LD-10 also has a bug: its proximity fuze has not been removed, causing it to detonate within 10 meters of the target, which almost entirely prevents it from dealing damage.Plus, the LD-10 is still classified as an air-to-air loadout, but current anti-radiation missiles can’t lock onto airborne targets.

Why don’t I see the Japanese Su-30SM and Kh-38MT in the game? Do you know why? Because only 1-2 players play as Japan. 80% of players play as the USSR.

Japan being played more or less wasn’t my point, I just named it because together with china it has an export variant.

Is this a game about balance or ambition? Do Russia or the USSR have an equivalent to the M829A4? It’s strange, but why hasn’t the US received the M829A4? Does the USSR have an equivalent to the AIm-9X? And why hasn’t the US received the AIM-9X yet? Because when Russia needs something, they do it no matter what, but when the US needs something, they need to look at the Balance.

You came here with a complaint about ARM, and took the convo to heli, tanks and other things such as ammo, with which I have no experience so I won’t counter your arguments, but those have nothing to do with the ARM question.

No, right now R-73 on dev actually has different performance than on live, and it is severely underpulling. Maybe gaijin looks to rework its behavior, i dunno.

This is always the case with people. But when US back in the days absolutely nuked everything with mavericks, while USSR had to cope with Kh-23M and ML at best no one complained as much for some reason
