Metadefense is not a great source, but yeah i saw similar news.
They probably still hope to get that domestic AESA? And, well, Bars is still pretty good radar, considering that Russia also is in no rush to replace it with anything else. But if India gonna get RVV-BD, i reckon MKI will get the latest Bars firmware as well, making it close to SM2 in performance

They have pretty good options.
They got 4 options as far as i know.
Ibris radar / Hawk 2700 / Virupaksha / And the bars upgarded with a aesa disk.

i dont know if you guys have seen this, but armenia just intergrated iran glide bomb into their su30sm.
i wonder what other weapons did they intergrated, really hope for a glide ir bomb or a AG missile.
( also sadly i only found the bad quality, feel free to correct me if you got better one)

i think the kh31 is bugged. it says that its 4.5 mach capable but only peak at 3960 km/h.

What planes do even carry the kh58ushk(e)
su25t, su39, su24.
so basicly, germany / russia / italy all got kh58 / kh25 sead missile with su22m2 / 3 / 4.
sadly su25sm3 didnt get it. ( i think ? i am not sure )

Yes it is called YJ-91, specifically it is derived from KH-31P
