The photo you referenced seems to be from MAKS 2019.
So “2 years or less” is still quite recent.
Not to mention that the antenna hump was only spotted in 2026.
What else does it mean then, N036? There is no more modern radar than Bars-R than Irbis.
The existence of Bars on the Su-30SM2 prior to November 21st of 2025 is irrelevant to N035 existing in Su-30SM2 as of that delivery.
The Su-30SM2 has the exact same radome as the Su-35S lol, both the Bars-R and Irbis share the same radome and drive base mount. The bulkhead doesn’t need any modification over any prior Flanker to mount it, only its peripheral systems such as hydraulics and electronics routing.

It was completed testing back in 2024, lol. Started in 2021 with 15 flights logged that year, not much else was shared after that.

still doesnt change the fact the antena on the su30sm2 is nothing like a communication antena
you still havent proven that just because you repeat that over and over dosent make it become a fact
you are just claiming things
so why cant there be a further upgraded N011?

A backup in case all hell goes loose and irl satellites repeat the fate of the sats in AC7

Pitot tubes exist independent of the radar, the Su-35S lacks a pitot tube because its airframe was wholly redesigned, including the air data systems. The Su-30SM and Su-30SM2 never touched such. Irbis does not face any issues with booms, and prior models of the Bars family also have no issues.
The only reason the Su-35S did it was to reduce its radar return.
I’ve granted you and others various citations as to the Su-30SM2 receiving the upgraded radar, by its designers, manufacturers, and those tied to the manufacturers. I’m not going to take an hour to scrounge it up once more simply because you have short term memory loss.
I’m not claiming a thing lol, I’m repeating what is being stated about the aircraft by its public affairs officials and heads of development.
…Because there isn’t one. The Bars-R is the final N011 variant as of now, and it’s the exact same design as the prior Bars but with purely domestic systems.
Beyond the Bars-R, of which is already inside of the Su-30SM and early Su-30SM2s, there is nothing more than the N035.
Show me a single picture of any Russian production line from 2025 and beyond. I’ve done my due diligence for 5 boring months in 2024, beyond that there aren’t many people that care enough to interview officials or tour facilities.
