Does anyone have stuff on the 27SM/30SM/30SM2 FCS? Apparently the Su-35S uses a different FCS which is compatible with the dual racks while the older FCS systems aren’t.

You are asking about one of the most classified part of Aircraft avionics big man. I think nothing past Su-27S is publically available. But in terms of compatibility… USSR entertained dual rack research alongside R-77 development, which was tied to T-10M program. I will give 95% of probability that older FCS wasn’t compatible with dual racks, but i also give around 75% probability that it is solved by software update. Although in terms of War Thunder it is still a messy thing, because by this logic Yak-141 can also be given R-77s because it is just a matter of software update as well (although Yak-141 ceased to exist before R-77 hit the military)

Despite the fact that MKK is used by players primarily as A2A, while MK2 players employ good old traditon of F-4S players (just look at the ground kills ratio)
Also i took monthly stats, as a complete monkey, all-time statistics is even funnier
