considering that camm (ARH version of asraam) already has more delta V than r-27et in game, I am sure asraam is going to have more range than r-27et while being around 200! kg lighter than r-27et all the while having a much, much better seekerhead and much more maneuverable.
Knowing Gaijin MAW system will detect those long range ir missiles despite their motor burn out in those scenarios, still MICA IR will be pretty deadly in most case scenarios.
MICA NG is a real upgrade over ASRAAM
Probably the most potent IIR missile in the world
Combined with an AESA seeker it is an incredibly capable missile.
The turnover pack doesn’t contribute to delta-v, if anything it would reduce delta-v due to being heavier. The missile is propelled out the launch tube by a piston inside the tube so uses none of it’s internal fuel to leave the tube. The turnover pack then just provides a lateral force to turn the missile over before the main motor fires.
You can see the turnover pack provides no propulsion to the missile:
I think gaijin operates on a principle “export version can get everything that domestic one has access too, but any weaponry unique to export version doesn’t get added to the base version”. Otherwise anything with N001VEP would get PL-12 from MKK.
Same goes for Israeli stuff on their F-4, F-15 and F-16s. US has none of that available, despite “technical compatibility”
