ontop of that it is impossible for the r-73 and r-74m to have the same kinematics even with the same motor since the r-74m has clipped wings and thus less drag

no, it was the point of M2. 74M was made to replace 73. 74M features dual-band seeker but has identical dimensions to R-73

Watch it will turn worse than base R-73 due to clipped wings.

So the only Russian thing that potentially can compete with other tech is НСЦИ-КОС that is only installed on MiG-35 and, probably Su-57 HMD system (if it has one operationally)
