Sukhoi Su-27/30/33/35/37 Flanker series & Su-34 Fullback - History, Design, Performance & Dissection (Part 2)

Now I can duel with 1 second fuel xD

where is this from ?

i see it gets a noticeable jump in thrust increase past 600kph, welcome addition regardless of impact it will make

Check Dev server cathegory on forums, you will find it there

If you fuel dump down to 4 minute-ish of fuel, the jets pulls 15G’s, it’s kinda funny.

oh yeah, it could do that before (if you get to the point of this low fuel in a game) I usually bring 25 minutes on Su-30 so i end up with 6-7 minutes pretty often at the end of the game.

Do you think they will change that? because if they don’t, i’ll be able to do some pretty cool stuff on custom battles with it

Yeah fuel dump before a duel to actually make it able to have a chance in a gunfight haha. Good idea

The maneuvers that i will be able to do at pilotage server will be crazy xD

2 guys agressively fuel dumping during merge. Honestly gonna look hilariously.

From what I can see fuel dump works between 450 to 790 kmh

I think if the fuel drops below around 0.33 seconds remaining, it will keep decreasing even if you disable it, so around 0:35 is the minimum you can manage.

Shouldn’t this also apply to the Su-27S?

With min fuel (no fuel dumped), and the thrust buff above 600kmh you can now actually sustain 13G’s for a while, not just 11.5/12G’s like before.

zero clue, could be tweak specifically made for AL-31FP because it’s a later development, i’m not sure

By the way guys, can yall who know stuff tell me if the Su-30SM2 does have the same engines and radar as the Su-35S? Because that’s what every single website I found says, but some guy denied this to me once… And like, he didn’t give a single proof, but that put doubt in my mind

the early Su-30SM2 were delivered with the Al-31 from what i heard, but the later ones have the Al-41

if he dosent give you a source, it dosent hold any value

it depends. early ones had al-31, later ones al-41. early ones also still had n011m.

That makes sense, thanks for the clarification!

Of course, but secondary sources are not very trustworthy either so when someone seems so sure about them being wrong, I’d rather make sure who’s right. But yeah I’ll never take one’s word without a proof

.

Edit; The video Военная приемка. СУ-30СМ2. Работа в зоне СВО. Minute 12 they talk about the engine.
