This doesn’t necessarily mean that Su-35 is inferior, pilot quality is a big factor as well. Lets also not forget that Chinese Su-35 also differ in terms of avionics, people noticed even external differences, it is unknown how much they are different inside. And knowing old Chinese tradition of stealing every design they can get their grubby hands on, i think that Russia was quite hesitant to put anything cutting edge in them.
But, looking how much China invested into J-16 and J-10 they could indeed be superior to good ol’ Su-35 and maybe even Su-35S.

Sound about right. F16, gripen and EFT I’ve rarely been killed by. I also play rafale so not much rafale against me
