We men just never grow up ha ha
Not enough, give it bol pods

well, all of this technically can be Flare/Chaff rounds

and it seems gaijin picked 400 countermeasures number becuase of this.
That wont be the new aesa radar for vks service su35s
It will look more like byelka than zhuk, and will have a swivel
Just a reminder flanker radars are made by niip, not kret
The hmd is interesting tho
Why would be a VKS service radar on international expo?
I know that, but this isn’t about this radar
This is also nothing new
Also, NIIP is a part of KRET
Like how irbis was shown??
Irbis or Irbis-E?
Potato and slightly spoiled potato ahh
Maybe for the sake of War Thunder - sure, but irl there’s plenty of classified shit about radars that would even bringing a prototype on international expo undesirable
First time trying the clanker with ray tracing, gotta say the 1st person view is peak. (ignore the jet textures tweaking sometimes)
Spoiler
Also some Tu-95 cause why not

su27sm acceleration is underperforming hard
based on su35 acceleration data (my beloved brochure tuning, helo ef2000/rafale/jas)
we can see su30sm2 and su27sm has same engine curve
su27 with same tw/r as su35
has 600-1100 kmh acceleration by 17s expect 13.8
1100-1300 - 12 s expect 8
btw su27sm sustained turn must be much more then basic su27
current diffirence is only 0.2g
can anyone calculate how much
Same as Su-27
But isn’t AL-41 based off of AL-31s? If so that would probably explain why Gaijin kept the curve the same for the 31, 31-M1, and 41.
The Su-27SM isn’t the same as the Su-35S.
The Su-30SM2 has very similar weight to the Su-35S (only about 200kg diff.
And the Acceleration curves aren’t the same for the Su-27SM and Su-30SM2
acceleration depends of TWR and drag
su27sm has same drag as su35 at 0 aoa
with same twr and same mass its should accelerate same time
no, its based on al-41f but in game it has same curve
This is like saying that AIM-120D is based on AIM-120A so they should have same motor performance.
AL-41F-1 takes developments and knowledge from AL-41F, AL-31F and AL-37F alongside new technology. Having similar thrust curve is obviously possible, but it is pure baseless speculation
Shouldnt variable bypass allow al41f1s to have a much better thrust curve compared to al31?
F1 doesn’t have variable bypass iirc, only AL-41F had it. It was ditched due to complexity and cost iirc
Wait I thought AL-37 was just AL-31FP?
That sounds like a good enough source for gaijin’s standards.
Is the TWR on the Su-27SM the same as the Su-35S?
I assume the drag of the Su-35S should be lower, since i remember reading it has aerodynamic improvements.
