Not assumption.

You cant say that this plane who is made in 2013 and so on is only compatible with a missile that was prob made in 2024.

Thats just impossible that the 57 cant have 77-1 in the belly compartment.

There is no source yes. If you want based source. You have to wait.

It is compatible, just can’t carry it internally. And it is entirely possible due to a simple fact that folding fins on R-77 were dropped due to low reliability as well as the fact that Su-57 gets pretty much completely new arsenal of weapons for internal carry like RVV-MD2 and Kh-58USHKE

A plane that is suppose to be advance and air superiority can only do strikes in stealth mode
Got it

Wdym only strikes? R-77M was seen and even used by Russia (albeit from Su-35)

Well i am doing like your doing.

Not seen .
Not real.
Only assumption

So if missile designed for the aircraft exists, aircraft itself exists, but they never been seen together means that there is no proof? C’mon, calm down, you’re just being salty because there are no substantial proofs to your claim. It’s not a competition, if some evidence supporting your claim will surface eventually - I would be more than happy to admit that I was wrong. But for know all we know points to the fact that Su-57 can only carry R-77M internally as a A2A weapon

There no proof of the 77m also.
Only seen outside.

So your situation is no different from 77-1.

Also no source about the 77 cant be used with folding fins.

Provide some

I have at least a photo posted above, you don’t have even that.

About that you might be right.

here is the R-77 folding mechanism

here is R-77-1 tail section. It does look foldable still. But i haven’t seen any cases of it being used with folded fins and heard that it is because it sometimes fail to unfold after launch.

Foldable fins so that you can pack it in your holiday bag and take it on a commercial airliner🙏🏻

Conceal carry R-77. But i think it’s just for the sake of transportation and storage. It is more convenient to put it in a box with folded fins than make a special crate insert for it

Are you saying that you never seen a 77-1 folded ?

I might understood it wrong because i know that even rvv sd have that mechanism

Not on an aircraft. And looking at the mechanism it seems not having any spring or something like this to force unfolding. So it would be very unreliable to launch it from weapons bay (or any catapult launcher).

Love this new HUD + HMS combo

HMS is so 1980’s on these days.

I want a proper HMD that displays tons of information even tho I will not understand most of them Xd.

i might have something for you

Mig-29K and Mig-35 only tho from what i could find

This is much better than simplified HMS tbh.

The real change will be the new HMD that is developed for Su-57 I believe, if they decide to integrate to both Su-30’s and 35 it will be much better.

If I played sim I’d agree with you, a proper hmd would be very handy, especially if it’s like the Eurofighter one.

Hmd certainly looks cooler than just Hms pointer, but this one on the Sm2 is a bit different at least.

i do wonder where are the sensors for this thing located
