well, Statshark gives me 47% internal fuel for this weight

Awesome thanks
8G at 300 knots for a 47% internal fuel flanker
28 degrees per second ITR.
I think it could easily be limited to the R-27R/T for balance reasons. Furthermore, I can’t say whether the development of the R-27ER/ET was completed at that time and mass production begun, or whether final adjustments were still being made.
You are looking at clean wing or with payload?
I wouldn’t mind loosing ER for reduced br as well, especially with fantastic amount of countermeasures
Gaijin would leave the R-27ER, R-60M in place of the R-73 and put it on BR 12.7 lmao.
Well, since T10 only carries 2-4 R-73s it wound’t be as big of a deal as with MiG-29. Although ER at 12.7 is too opressive
Or gaijin can do the funny and allow 6 R-27ETs
Well R-27ET would be really problem as with this missile I have most of my kills (I rarely use R-27ER). :D
Well, this is just mock-up missiles, and if i understand this book correctly - they just put them for flight tests with full missile load. So most likely it can’t carry 6 ETs
So I hope that it wont have same destiny as MiG-29. I really dont like R-27ER.
Yak-141 will be at 12.7 soon and have both r73 and r27er
They can’t actually because r27(e)t requires cooling and only pylon to have it is one under the wing.
141 has only 2 ERs. 6 ERs is substantially stronger payload. As much as I want 12.7 Flanker, even with subpar FM of the prototype and only 24 countermeasures 6 ERs is just too strong for 12.7.
I know, as I said those are mock-up missiles put there for airframe testing.
No it doesn’t matter, because mig29g, su27 and su33 has different amounts of r27ers and share same br
Yup imma head out.
You lost me there.
It’s not that bad actually — su33 has 48 and feels just fine
Even 48 CM can be problematic st 13.0-14.0 while 24 will be even more at 12.7
That’s why T10 will also go to Su-27 and Su-33 br. Yak-141 and MiG-29 9.12/9.13 are at 12.7 because of their limited payload. Anything with more than 2 ERs adn R-73s will go to 13.0
Eh, it’s workable. Sure not comfortable in any way, but workable.
