But you are loosing half of the matchmaker because 12.7 is a no-facto anymore, and 13.0 is limited to 4 jets. On the other hand you also become more desirable for full uptiers to 14.3-14.7 being higher priority than 13.7 jet to be placed there

Well, yeah, but those engines weren’t tested for this airframe. Airframe was just used to test the engine itself. It is a bit of a different situation than with Rafale.

By this stretch we can give N010 to MiG-29 because MiG-29 9.13 (N 916) was used for the tests. We can also give 9.12 MiG-29 RD-33Ks because they were tested on N 921. We can give Su-27S AL-31F-M1 with TVC because they were tested on it and so on…

HMD was tested on domestic Rafale F3, only additional MICA’s are tested on export airframes and starting with F4 all Rafale models has additional pylons for missiles and HMD.
