Depends on the variant, agm88 vs e is a big jump, and also depends at the range at which the missiles are fired. Kh31 needs some time to accelerate.
they have an initial booster + ramjet eng. idk if they will add mmw guidance to agm88E in game if they do then yea other wise kh31 will probably be better in terms of speed n maybe range.
Yeah it’s why say this, the booster will likely have it go pretty fast but at best it matches the agm88 in speed, so if gaijin allows us to shoot these missiles from 20km out kh31p will have faster speed because that’s enough speed for the ramjet to at least engage but under that it’s pretty much useless.
5th gen with how multipath currently works doesn’t make sense to me. Maybe if they increased the angle from top down shots where multipathing is less effective, otherwise Rafales and Eurofighters will just hug the deck and force a dogfight
so far they have not limited the range of a2g munitions so i doubt they will limit it now , also they are adding more n planning to add more modern sams with more range so players would try to launch them as far as they can. i wonder which is better kh31 or kh58.
Every fixed wing fnf munition is limited to 10km of range for tracking
u can launch it from beyond 10km ? gps guided munitons/anti ship missiles already have much higher range.

ir can easy target from 10km. at least 15km
and at least 25km for big target such as ships
I could consistently lock a Maus with IR guided bombs from 25 km out so should be no problem to do so with normal MBT at 15~20km range.

Typhoon is good (I dont have the AESA one)
So mech scan is rough.
And 120s are just very poor in every case.
Long range easy to defeat, medium and short range the same you cannot perform offbore shots
