Keep in mind this is statshark plots but if you try and equalize fuel loads to equivalent afterburner time, the Su-27 might have some hands. Doesn’t necessarily mean the Su-27 wins. In this plot the Su-27 has 22.4% fuel load while the Gripen is at 30% or min fuel. I reduced the fuel on the Su-27 so both have around 160 seconds of afterburner time at 400 mph.
I feel this better represents an actual in-game situation as min fuel on a Su-27 has so much more endurance than other planes since the 30% fuel standard for measuring performance hurts planes with large internal fuel capacity.
Mini rant: I am so frustrated about not having a moving map mode, that I unironically would love to have a hand held GPS device in the cockpit of any modern Flankers and the Su-24M2 just so I could get one lol.
Same here, unless Gaijin has some internal Sukhoi documentations about how operational Su-47 would look like, there is literally no way Su-47 can be added. And I am very much doubting the existence of such documentation because first and only airframe was a technology demonstrator.
Honestly, I really liked using it on the Su-25BM as a fighter jet; I could get in unseen and get two kills. As someone who has 5,524 battles on platforms that use the R-73, the only thing I’ll say is that the missile is mediocre and only works when it wants to.
Seeing the December passed suggestion list I thought I’d see the Su-57 there too, this list pretty much passed almost every 5th gen aside from maybe the J-20.
Maybe the Su-57 and J-20 were passed before and I simply don’t remember, and also I agree with your point on the Su-47.
I’m absolutely certain that the F-22 will arrive before the Su-57; just look at the latest major updates. When the Eurocanards arrived, Russia was stuck with the Su-27SM. This last December update didn’t include the Su-30SM2; it’s clear it was planned in a rush instead of the Su-35. Now I’m sure that when the F-22A arrives in the game, we’ll have Su-35s to fight against them, which won’t be a problem with the R77M and R37M.
They’d better start working on new missiles so we can see what happens in the next 2 or 3 updates. Multipath should be nerfed; otherwise, it will be a big joke. Missiles need to have a FOV smaller than 7, or smaller than Mica’s. Maps should be enlarged, and mountainous areas should be added.
Not gonna happen - infantry is the main focus, you are suggesting to rework like 90% of the maps. And with upgraded missiles gameplay will just become “I shot first therefore I won” wit barely any counter to that.
