EW pods might be able to give you “RWR-ish” type of information, but that might be not true.

Would be interesting to see if Gaijin fixes this issue.
Real question is why Russia doesnt equip SU-34 RWR its an attacker for god sake it suppose to be able to detect threats before entering the airspace.

not unless gaijin will implement some sort of “ground control” because that’s how Su-34 crew (alongside info from Khibiny) gets information

@Panther2995 hey man, got an idea on which one of these modifies the missile sounds? I’m trying to mix them up like you mentioned before.
They usually bound to each other so I suggest don’t try to mix them instead use them all for Air vehicles, you can use different mod for ground vehicles.
But still what happens when you have to penetrate deep enemy territory?
RWR is essential when it comes to survivability and i think its a huge drawback no matter how much support you get.

I’m just saying because i did the same thing before, for example when i mixed different missile sounds and VWS systems it either half worked or didn’t worked sometimes.
Best is to stick with one mod for one category:)

Khibiny probably provide enough jamming for Su-34 to not worry too much i guess? Not like Russia is running out of L-150s, so i guess it is a deliberate choice when it comes to Su-34 avionics

i think so too, there are compartments in the leading edge slats where other flankers have L-150 antennas, so i don’t think that it will be too hard to install. And we already saw similar upgrade for Su-33 fleet

I do believe Russia is set up as a defensive force and not for power projection. I do agree seems crazy when you factor in the cost of a lost airframe Su-34 should have MAWS and an RWR
this plane is already very questionable in its effectiveness, so they also somehow pushed it through without rwr, very similar to sabotage.
