Yes but the STR is overperforming it is turning too well at high speed, retaining energy better than it should and this lift buff has not changed the high speed performance which is proven to be overperforming.

Not at all I have no biased I have been nothing but vocal when they added the Leopard 2A5/6 and when the Rafale was getting a buff every 30 seconds.

Im guessing you’re taking into account the charts with the older engines, like the manuals for the Su27S and Su27SK, those charts could’ve changed a lot with the new engines and aerodynamic tweaks over time, you can see that with any jet that gets upgraded, like F-16A to F-16C, F-15A to F-15C, and so on

Perhaps, generally though it doesn’t match the charts. I doubt a new engine in the Su-27 would make a massive deal now the Su-35 is a new designed airframe
Incredibly ironic coming from someone who defends the rafale, which is quite literally a UFO that is grossly over performing in about every metric based on false bug reports that incorrectly calculated its turn performance based on an airshow performance with basically 0 fuel.

small tweaks to a jets flight computer can make a huge difference. like: if the elevator moves more than it needs to, or even something like a slat adjustment, planes dont just get structural upgrades, but also command and control refinements and all that stuff

Never defending the Rafale the difference is though the Rafale is capable of doing what it does it went toe to toe with an F-22 and I suppose you think a Su-30SM2 can beat an F-22 in BFM?
Rafale buff was reverted when that was realised and that’s the French bug reporters nothing to do with me.
Or do you accept the F-22 is the greatest aircraft ever produced?
They can so perhaps we have that extended to F-16, F/A-18s and F-15s?
The rafale also lost to the german phantoms in frisian flag :)

Does it look like i care about other Doritos? What we asked in the bug report completely got mishandled.
Implementation was purely comical, and i am a flanker main & only play ru. So even if it benefits, i do care about the insane over performance as much as i care about the low speed performance lift. Bug report wasnt asking for higher str.
