Just barely. The Su-30SM’s radome is also just straight up longer. The Su:35’s radome looks fatter because it is shorter.
I’m sure it will, doesn’t change the fact that the SM2 is a ridiculous attempt to try and shut up the cry for the MKM.
As mentioned before by Ron, Su-35 was the jet that needed to be added, not this minimal effort slop.

Otherwise it makes no sense not having F-15EX and Su-35 in game at this point

Makes more sense to add Su-35 now since it’s an actual upgrade and add Su-30SM2 later as a premium or squadron.
