Sukhoi Su-27/30/33/35/37 Flanker series & Su-34 Fullback - History, Design, Performance & Dissection (Part 2)

You are wrong about gaijin logic. By gaijin logic MKM is a derivative of SM that has Kh-38 and MKK is a derivative of MK2 that doesn’t have Kh-38. It’s not that deep

Wrong way round, the last MKM was delivered in 2009, before the Su-30SM was built.

So it shouldn’t matter to you then should it

SM was added first in WT, gaijin making MKM from SM assets. We are talking about gaijin logic, not how it is irl.

What’s that even suppose to mean?

The phrase ‘it’s not that deep’ come with the connotation that people shouldn’t care about the obvious double standards, I could choose to not care, keep playing my 23ML and grind the Su-30sm for them, but I’d like the gap present in chinese top tier for over 2 years to be filled with something slightly good for once, not more GPS bombs and outdated russian AGMs

I used this phrase to say that gaijin logic is a lot less complicated than you are implying. MKM=SM=KH-38, MKK=MK2=no Kh-38z

Then ask for some domestic Chinese weapons maybe? Don’t tell me that China has nothing to fill that gap with.

Gaijin chose to model the domestic AGMs about a year ago when J-10A was added, but instead chose to let them gather dust in the files while leaving literally nothing besides mediocre GPS bombs or outdated russian missiles in small quantities.

I’ve given up hope asking for them to add domestic stuff, as i did with Spice given it took them 2 years longer than necessary to add those.

China will get Kh-38 next year anyway, with the addition of Su-35, just like US

MKM is a derivative of SU-30MKI , SU-30SM is also a derivative of SU30MKI , MKK/MK2 is not a derivative of SU30MKI. su-30sm/su30mkm/su30mki these 3 share the same radar.

(Just thought this might be useful for the whole argument and such. Su-30 family is confusing af)

This one actually a bit wrong. First MKI prototype airframes were made out of Su-30s so technically it should trace a line from Su-30 and not Su-30K.
Another bit of trivia is that there are 2 main factories that are producing different Su-30 versions. MKI and derivatives are made in Irkutsk, whike MKK and derivatives are made in Komsomolsk-on-Amur

According to what

It came to me in a dream. Don’t remember exactly (it was a long time ago), but i saw text that said about R-74 using TVC nozzle instead of interceptors and seeker with upgraded gimbal limits. While R-74M got dual band seekerhead

You’re probably speaking of r-73m or rmd 1 or rmd2. Neither of which is r74

Spoiler

Yeah, those aren’t R-74.

Looking at the picture R-74 (aka RVV-MD for export) has different fuse. Couldn’t find photos from other angles sadly

R-74 is not rvv-md, r-74m is rvv-md.
Considering rvv-md2 (izd 760) is called r74m2,
It’s logical that rvv-md (izd 750) is called r-74m.

i haven’t seen a single Russian source that claims RVV-MD to be R-74M. Only R-74. I also haven’t seen a single mention of RVV-MD2 being called R-74M2. Those could very well be media created names.

News in the media about Kurganpribor say that it is making Izdelie 750 aka R–74 aka RVV-MD.

I had no idea the Su-35 had a manual lever to put up the HUD UV filter, I just thought that it didn’t have one.

I would find it very funny to see you playing against Japan. I keep wondering, would you say it’s Russian or Japanese bias? lmao
