It will have them at some point and that’s what matters. Also are you sure about the radar? I’ve seen plenty sources stating it’s getting the Su-35S’s radar as upgrade
I already talked about it here. It already has the new radar it’s just upgraded bars. No better source than Russian mod itself

You can see the new radar, it’s just upgraded bars. Has ±40 of bars and not the ±60 of irbis
Also could be physical limitations of Su-30 smaller nose section.
±40 is electronic steering not mechanical steering. Its bars fasho.

Well, the fact that it has double the detection range bugs me. Irbis has double the range of Bars and that thing has twice the power output. You can’t just reach this by simple “modification”

No, it doesn’t use irbis nor is it planned to get it.
It’s only planned to get AL-41F-1S, and it won’t be getting those for a while.
