India and South Africa are both Commonwealth members though.
And Taiwan and China are both “Chinas”.
France will already have 5th gen planes thanks to Belgium (F-35), hence it makes even less sense to add the su-57 from a nation that has no ties with them to their tree yes.

More seriously, France is fine and doesn’t Algerian vehicles. Algeria would be a much better sub for USSR than for France, and we can agree that Benelux is very much enough to add some variety and gap filling
