Nothing stops gaijin from adding camos and roundels from another countries, and they did so for pretty much every single top tier Russia jet. All flankers apart from Su-33 have unlockable or purchasable camos from other countries. In terms of uniqueness, i heard that Venezuella tweaked their Su-30s to be compatible with Chinese missiles, but that’s about it in terms of uniqueness.
And nothing stops them from adding the aircraft themselves instead. Its cool having a wider variety of nations represented ingame
Some players made a map of every nation in War Thunder, camos don’t really count for it
That’s not how game development works.
Even IF it was copy paste:
1- Pay for research.
2- Pay for 3D modeler[s].
3- Pay for skin artist[s].
Of course, it’s not copy-paste, so the 3D modelers cost a bit more, but research and skin artists cost the same or more whether it’s copy-paste or not.

It only took several months to remove that slab of metal between nacelles. Only half a year of waiting and we will get rest of the model problems fixed.
