25kg HE should be fairly effective against light vehicles
And even against tanks it will most likely cripple the tank and possibly destroy it if you hit top side
But a $50 drone from aliexpress with a mcgyvered PG-7V warhead is just as effective.

Is that a LMUR I hadnt seen this footage.
We also cannot confirm if it is being guided by the operator?
Cool footage though and thats a very slow moving tank
It’s meant for all targets it gives Mi 28 and Ka 52m a stand off attack capability.
Yes it is. I saw that footage as well.
Because it’s one of only 3 MITL munitions Russia publicly has
(Kh-59, Lancet, LMUR if you’re curious)
You only get 2 max though. Unless Ka-52 and Mi-28 integrated the datalink, you sacrifice 1 atgm pylon for the datalink pod. Not that useful but better than nothing I guess?
Datalink pod? AS-BPLA pod?
External electronics for the 2 way datalink LMUR has
Although I thimk there have been efforts to integrate it without a pod. On the export Mi-28s it’s on where the weather radome used to be (on the nose) and for the Ka-52 on the Left stub wing

There’s actually 2 images of the supposed LMUR antenna for the Mi-28. So the top one might be a wrong photo
KH-59 has a crazy range is it just GPS targeting or laser guidance too?
I know Lancet 3 has AI to handle the final approach of the target taking that away from the operator who can to my knowledge overide
AFAIK it has FnF variants so TV or IR
Laser wouldn’t be that feaseable if you are going to do a deepstrike 200km away
Also iirc it has also man in the loop
It has TV MITL (specifically TV Command guidance) with the use of the APK-9 Datalink pod
Damn almost message cap
Depends if you are supporting a team on the ground or even have a drone on overwatch.
Drones have transformed the efficacy of Krasnopol and Kitolov artillery rounds
It is LMUR.
Kh-59/69 only for fixed wing.
Thay’s a Kh-35 though
Agreed so the airframe could handle the weight and forces exerted for that kind of launch
10,000!
