A pretty simple suggestion as no TT righ now has 3 rank I destroyers on a single line and both the Gioberti and the Verdun are comparable to machines already present in their respective TTs ( Grecale for Italy and La Combatante (smaller guns but way better reload) for France).
As they are right now they will only feel as a “bump”, albeit small, in the research path for better vessels.
Putting them in a third line will also already pave the way for future more versatile destroyer, cruisers and such that will easily find their place in the new line.
Hope this can be implemented before the update.
