Kill marks seen on the snail mine.
That submarine looks Japanese
yeah, it does It could be of the I-400 class of Subs or a type B.
Yeah exactly
So, what’s the ETA for Submarines.
At a guess, before or by Christmas of this year.
More generally the russian Dev stream said they’d have something to say about Submarines “before the next update” not sure if they meant tusk force or before the update after tusk force so perhaps we’ll need to ask smin or someone about it.
Point is things are happening in regards to submarines.
I hope we’ll be able to deploy minisubs, would be really cool and add a bit of extra depth
(from subs that could of course, like how some surface ships can launch hydroplanes)
Would be pretty cool indeed. Just like hydroplanes launched from Japanese subs, also pretty cool
So yeah, asked smin, if there is submarine news, he isn’t privy to it. Looks like whatever the Devs were referring to, we’ll learn more about it between tusk force, and the update after it.
Its likely slightly misunderstood in translation.
In RU dev stream the guy on the right says подводные лодки (podvodnyye lodki) which is directly translated as “uderwater ships” which is how submarines are called in RU language (cute af if you ask me).
Then the guy on the left says Возможно, в следующем обновлении which means Maybe, in next update and then continues
в следующем мажоре - in next major
мы что-то сможем сказать we can say a little
Word что-то (chto-to) is used in other slavic languages and it means a little or something.
So from my understanding he either mean it like “All we can say is next update” OR “We will be able to tell a little in next update”
This kill mark looks like a “Type B cruiser submarine” and a “Fubuki class.” It would be nice if all naval nations had submarines at the same time, but since that’s probably impossible, does that mean they’ll appear in the US and Germany first? (popularity)
Anyway, I’m looking forward to it.
With all those sub games having either Germany and or USA, I would love Japan to be one of the first! Hopefully with the I-400 in the tree as well, thing’s bloody cool looking
I may be biased by I think the nations that were most prolific for their submarine usage should be first which means Japan, Germany, Britain, and the US.
Pretty much same as first nations who got naval tree.
As a submarine expert, I can assure you that the silhouette of the submarine shown in the image is a B3 cruiser class submarine, unit I-26 to be exact
After analyzing the 3 types of ships shown in the image of the death list, they all seem to be Japanese… Is there any information about whether there are any more submarines in the United States, Italy, Britain, Germany, or France?
