Bro, these are still worth looking forward to—Surcouf and HMS M1 have already appeared in WTM, so there’s a very high chance they’ll appear in WT as event vehicles or even tech-tree vehicles.

They did say they were thinking about adding player ships into nuclear escalation. I’d need to find the post again but it’s one of the bvvd comments on NE I think

Things are getting even more interesting it seems
(I don’t know if I-400 has already been modeled by Gaijin, but Surcouf in WTM can’t use it’s Seaplane, so I think Gaijin might keep I-400 secret just like how IJN did for not planning a Submarine aircraft carrier in WTM. But even if I-400’s model wasn’t complete, we still have Surcouf anyway.)
Not sure people prefer AI colorized real life photos (the last one is definately not tho) or screen capture from WTM. I think these vehicle is hidden unless owned so I put it here anyway. Such a shame that I don’t know how to export these models out into standard WT Assetviewer or similar software.

I believe there used to be a low poly wreck on on an old map that looked like a stranded/sunk I-400. But I could be wrong

Yeah I know that, but having weckage model/low poly model doesn’t mean the whole thing it’s ready to become a playable vehicle. WT once has a low poly model for Italian WW2 Aircraft Carrier, but you won’t see it in todays WT anymore.
