Agreed. Dealing with R-73s in 10.0 stuff sucks and the IRCM is infuriating to deal with when you only have rear-aspect IRs

They are in this scenario. The rear aspect IRCM makes it so only all aspect IR missiles are effective against it. Rear aspect missiles cannot be used against it.

the IRCM is a thing, but I wouldnt say its game changing bc if you have a faster plane on your 6 its not ideal.

It makes it so you are unlikable until the enemy is within 1km. That completely changes your need for situational awareness and is a huge advantage.

All-aspect missiles can be used at angles unaffected by the IRCM.

Rear-aspect missiles cannot be used against a target with IRCM

So the Su-39 at 11.3 is very annoying Vs 10.3

  1. Multipathing is a thing and is very easy to sit in at slow speeds

  2. Dying to an AIM-7E with a fully digital RWR and a relatively maneuverable jet is laughable

every full uptier is annoying, try catching the last remaining starfighter in your 8.3 jet.
then there is the prop and jet gap at 6.0-7.0.
you also have a hard time fighting planes which have ahr missiles and you have sarh missiles.
and you have the flareless 9.7-10.3 jet which also have a rough time in a uptier.

yes, many do that but simply saying it is not possible to kill them with it is not true.

The Su-39 is near unkillable outside of 1km unless the Su-39 player makes multiple easily avoidable mistakes

  1. yes I kinda agree, if the radar missile has a distance its laughable to die to them(best example is toptier there are still players dying to amraams launched at 40km+)

I currenlty hate all planes which are slow. I hate them more than toptier, bc toptier has fast battles (even tho it is mostly missile spam).
