i dont use AI, i use only translations, you have every right to ask on that, and dont worry, I am not like some of the teams that made a copy paste AI skins for vehicles :)
As someone who likely knows this aircraft better than anyone else in the community and has authored the majority of reports on it, I can say:
Its never exits. No evidence.
There was a very small test batch. The missile could potentially appear in the game, but don’t expect to see it on the Su-39. Even with just four of these missiles, the aircraft would be pushed to a Battle Rating of 12.3+ in Ground Realistic Battles.
He can get that, but it won’t actually affect the aircraft’s effectiveness, since the weaponry occupies other weapon slots and doesn’t constitute an upgrade. I don’t know why they aren’t adding it.
Yes, that could have appeared. It’s a pity there isn’t more reliable information, although there seems to be quite a lot of it as it is.
The specifications of this radar are virtually unknown; most importantly, the appearance of the pod housing it remains a mystery.
In any case, it is not particularly interesting, as you would only get a mode for detecting stationary ground targets, and overall, the radar is not very well-suited for ground target detection.
It now seems to me that you are using AI, because in reality, the Shkval-M is no different from the Shkval within the game, and 23x zoom is already provided—you can see this simply by hovering your mouse over the pilot.
It was never equipped with this.
Yes, it’s true—R-73s could be guided using the control stick within the Shkval’s field of view. That would have been amusing to see.
It looks like AI again—all of this has been implemented.
No, these sites were intended solely for transport, not for combat use.
This issue requires investigation. Missiles are indeed subject to parallax effects during aircraft maneuvers, but I cannot say for certain whether this is correct or not.
There is an evidence of its existence, just not physical ones.
Even two of them would be enough to be honest.
Yeah i made a bug report regarding that, I am still waiting, there is also a 3 years ago bug report that been submitted and there was no action taken by the development team.
While not a mystery, from what i know its exists in the game data mines, including the Khod pod.
“Oh lOoK I aM Ai i wILL DeStRoy tHe WoRld mUaHAA”
Jokes aside, No i am not using AI, only translator for some words And searching, however you have every right to ask for that. And yes it does show you the image magnification tracker but not its type, i know they are the exact same thing, but they are differ models that dont appear when you hover over it.
You correct, they were designed for MiG-29 and Su-27, My bad on this one, However In-game gaijin gave it the ability to designate the target instantly Via Activate point of interest, Gaijin made it works the same as somewhat of HMD but for the Square Designation. I have some of the research on piece of papers, and possibly i confused those two on the post\reply.
Yeah i agree with you, it should have been added in its first introduction,
From what i know that it had this capability, do you have source for that? I would love some corrections.
I Agree with you on this one, While when i test it and performed maneuvers in-game during test flight, the Vihkr missed.
You have a evidence that this been added to the game? I have not read about the Su-39 receiving such modification currently in-game, When it was introduced it had similar or exact model of the Su-25T, mean there almost was no difference in their Structural or heat signature, And i have not noticed it in active battle.
( it only have the IRCCM in the tail end section which its effect is almost notice able in battle ).
If you want i could provide you with the sources and thing i searched in to confirm.
That is not the case. There are sources indicating that such a missile was planned, not that it was actually built.
In any case, the aircraft’s BR will be drastically raised to 12.3.
I explained why this will most likely never be added.
In this case, the Su-39 and Su-25T can only expect to achieve something analogous to the HMD within the Shkval targeting system’s gimbal limits—which is also interesting.
Su-25T weapon manual
This is available immediately upon purchasing the aircraft and does not require modification.
Yup that what i said, Also you can find info mentioning the Kh-25MT missile in this source:
Page 32 & 33 (Section 3.3.2 & Kh-25MTP section) where The book confirms that the Kh-25MT (TV-guided) and Kh-25MTP (IR-guided) were developed by OKB Zvezda. and it explicitly lists them as in development “в разработке”.
It’s more a case of “we say we can do this.” There have been many such projects, but it usually doesn’t work out that way in the actual game.
The Kh-25MTP is a missile that, at short ranges, wouldn’t be significantly inferior to the Kh-38. You can check the location of the Su-25SM3 equipped with four Kh-38s (12.7).
Everything will play out exactly as I said. The aircraft’s BR will be significantly increased.
I literally provided a link to the patch notes; you can check the date.
I want to do a further research regarding the aircraft and its equipment could you provide all the sources and references\brochures or any other sources if it possible in PM?
Ok.
Like I said above it’s informative. I wouldn’t have known about Askalads custom mission if it wasn’t for that video, which kinda sheds light on this issue.
