this is radar control, not missile seeker
SEAM uses the Radar training angle to corelate the Seeker of a Sidewinder / MRM. It’s effectively the same thing for many aircraft.

So, with Hawk 200 getting Skyflashes at 11.3, can we cope that Su-39 will also get R-27Rs?

Viggen C has had Skyflash at the same BR for years. Not sure what you really think the Hawk 200 would change. Though the Su39 is probably still stronger than the Hawk 200
Because both are subsonic, and focused more around CAS than air to air platforms mostly. Seems logical that if we can get one at 11.3 then we can get another one as well.
To be fair su39 has actual working engines while the hawk 200 is powered by windblowers. And it has r73s over the 9l of the hawk
but only 2 of them while Hawk can get 4 alongside Skyflashes. Sure Su-39 has also R-60Ms… for what it’s worth… Anyways in general i think it would be only fair to give Su-39 armament that it supposed to have considering that we are getting similarly armed platforms. I ain’t advocating R-77s those would definitely send poor Su-39 to something like 12.3 or even 12.7 but R-27R should be fine imo.
Ngl if the Su-39 actually gets R-27s and R-77s, it’ll probably go up to some crazy BR like 12.7, but I’d still buy it because the thought of an Air Superiority Frogfoot is hilarious.

Such a BS move by gaijin honestly. Not like it will make this thing overpowered. And it won’t make a huge difference in terms of lucrativity, because people most likely buy it for CAS ordnance that won’t change in any way.
Unless you want SU39 to receive the Harrier FA2 treatment, I’d advise against any form of ARH lol.

We don’t want it to be good or “meta”, we want it to be unique and close to the IRL capabilities. I would unironically consider buying it even at 12.7 br just for funny shenanigans with 4 R-77s or R-27s
it would not be at 12.7, it would be at 13.0. Another subsonic attacker at 13.0 would just be doa for no reason
As the others said, it would be 13.0, you wouldn’t be able to reach a base anymore, and your AMRAAM would have less range than a sparrow. Not a pleasent experience for people buying premiums as their first jet like many do.
I bet that if they were gonna add such weapons to SU39, it would probably be another variant.
