If IRCCM were a feature, no one would complain about the performance of Su-39.
but it does, so whats your problem? the IRCCM has a big influence on the SU 39s br, because any lower there arent any good radar missles to counter it, you hate the IRCCM but is a part of the aircraft, you could be happy that the russians again are the first aircraft to get this capability, but no you only complain and complain about a completly valid aircraft, if it didnt have the IRCCM it could maybe be 11,0 or 10,7 , but it does have it, LIFE WITH IT
I would like to know your reasoning behind your claim that the Su-39 with R27 missiles is comparable to a fighter jet. The Su-39 is a ground-attack aircraft designed for close air support, not for air-to-air combat. The Su39 is a subsonic ground-attack aircraft that lacks the speed and agility of the MIG23. The Su-39 is still outmatched in the ARB even with the R27 upgrade. It does not warrant a higher BR with R27

The R27 missles are bvr missles, you dont need agility with those you can sit back and just shoot them at far away targets to garante kills, you dont need speed or agility for that
One way to evade radar-guided missiles is to fly low to the ground, where the terrain can mask your aircraft from detection. Another tactic is to notch them by flying perpendicular to the enemy’s radar beam, creating a Doppler shift that makes you disappear from their screen. These maneuvers would force in a close-range dogfight with the enemy.

Because low on ground the whole match, once the match realy starts and combat realy starts one necesarily starts climbin in that moment the su 39 can shoots its missles, realy sounds like you never played ARB in the first place, Specialy the R27Er are the strongest missles in the game.
Just understand that giving the SU 39 missles it doesnt need isnt a balance solution in this case

guess we agree to disagree, but i am not the only one saying this, and i dont mind it getting an reasonable ARB upgrade like 4-6 R60ms , but i dont know if those were ever equipped, but sadly it still stands as a fact it is mainly a striker in game, it might have whatever capabilities in reality , but currently those dont fit into the current game enviromnet it is the same reason all the other strikers dont have the actual equipment they carried for their own defense, the Su 39 just is at an akward spot where its G2A capability is realy strong + the IRCCM as a result it has the current br rate, giving it the R27 is just unreasonable out of multiple reasons. 1 Being in grb they are already harder to notice 2 what someone only shortly mentioned in Arcade it would shoot those missles every minute as a striker which is completly unbalanced, thats is 2 modes where it would be a to unfair advantage compared to the 1 mode of ARB i dont know if acrace ground would be effected by it as well but propably yes. Essentialy you would risk completly unbalancing the vehicle for 3 other game modes just to make it work in ARB , it just isnt made currently to be used there

The other thing you always go on and on about the SU 39 needing it as a defense mechanism, but face it players wouldnt use it for defense in the first place but as an agreession tool, gepard, tungustka and multiple others have defense capabiltiies but people mis use them as tank destryoers, same as people wouldnt use the SU 39 missles for defense

If a Su-39 player chooses to fire all of R27R at the start of the game, they will have no means to defend themselves against enemy fighters. This is a risky strategy that may not pay off.
No I dont actually, I dont think a ground attacker should have BVR at least not with the current state of the game, especially in GRB, its not ready for that yet. Possible increase in R-60M count short term, maybe if the data actually proves it, something like the R-27T for slightly better IR power (I think Im remembering R-27T as an IR missile not BVR) but I dont think it should have any large scale upgrade until the next gen of missiles is released accross the baord for other jets. Like Aim-9M, AMRAAM and others, that might be in september, but that also might not be for 6 months+. Within the context of GRB, it does not NEED them and that is where it must be balanced. This is why the Harrier Gr7 has the wrong AGMs. It needed to be balanced for within that role as its true AGMs would be too strong. (at least they were before Pantsir)
