Su-33

Will the su-33 recieve the R-27EA missiles ?

No.

but it was capable of.

and also no arm in 13.0 is tough because everyone has it

Its current missiles options is good enough to fight any threat it may face, the radar specially makes it even better, can easily track targets at low altitudes and in harsh weather conditions.

add that to suggestion with evidence not classified documents then the dev will consider.

It is probably the best 13.0 in the game with its current loadout, why would you want it to move up?

The R-27EA was never made, the 27A however was. As far as I’ve seen from others, there isn’t a singular image of it, not even (a fully confirmed) mockup iirc. Oftentimes images who say it’s a 27EA mistake it with a different R-27 variant. As far as I know, only the seeker was made, but not fitted

There are plenty of aircraft at 13.0 with no ARH.

No, it wasn’t.

The R-27EA was most definitely made.

There was no R-27A. All test variations used only used the extended range motor.

Not a single image of what? Have you not looked hard enough?

They said they never make a buyable top tier vehicel. So no…

Mind sending a source/photo for that then? As there is to this day not a single example of one being shown, and all so far that “were” shown are just different variants.

It was according to reports, and they don’t mention extended motors. Around 12 were made, and yet to this day there is not a singular trusted report about a “27EA”, aside from some random mockup (which isn’t even fully known to be it) once shown in the late 90’s and never shown again.

R-27A was test fired iirc

Iam gonna try finding the source again

The thing with the r-27 is that it is a modular missile, so they could have just put the seeker on a r-27e

But I get your point

It was never seen in the r27ea configuration

The documents mention it I think.

Also about the R-27EA, only a mockup ever existed (allegedly), and even then it would not only be not valid for addition (as iirc, the bare minimum for addition is testing), but probably also due to very low amount of info. I don’t think modularity changes things

I found this photo of the seeker as well

(From left to right:
R-27r1/er1 seeker, r-77 seeker, r-27a/ea seeker)

R-C (99)

But yeah there isn’t that much info on it available

Yes, they’re shown in the book

Also, from what I can see, the “27EA” hasn’t been shown anywhere else during the airshow, not even on Su-33’s or other aircraft. It wasn’t seen ever since.

The su33 probably wouldn’t be able to provide proper guidance for a arh missile anyways.
The only planes that are currently ingame and able to guide the 27a/ea would be the Mig29smt, Yak141, Su27sm and Su-30sm

There was a proposed upgrade for the su33 that would have integrated the r77 on it but it got canceled because of the carrier situation in the soviets union and the lack of funds after it’s colapse

Well but doesn’t this text mean the missile was launched 12 time using RGS-9B-1103 , towards the end of the year there were 2 controlled launches (1987)? I am not perfect in reading by no means but, some one correct me if I am wrong, this supports the evidence that it was used all be it during test phase.
