eh who knows, pl-10 looks to be fairly similar to mica ir, which is why i said it would be on par/similar to pl-10 as pl-10 seems to be a slightly worse mica essentially.
pl-10 has 3.5 s burn and 95 kn/s impulse, fairly similar to mica ir 3.5 sc burn and 98 kn/s impulse if i remember right

My 10 seconds googling told me the asraam has a range of 18 km, that doesn’t really seem to be more than the 60 km usually stated for the mica ir.
Could be wrong though, after all this is from a very quick searching

new gen IR missiles will probably be the next meta, so I’d say it would be better to first “finish” this meta before adding those. But once everyone gets their fair part of this meta then sure, IRIS-T and others missiles of this class are the next step

I was more talking about in general when the next gen IRs arrive, borderline unflarable, crazy maneuverable, full 360 engagement zones close range deleters.
