Id take the F16 / mig29smt, JF-17… anything.
Its upgraded and has MAWS but doesn’t help at all. Many times the warning slice is over 90 degrees difference compared to the missile symbol- that’s if your lucky to get a missile symbol on the MAWS in the first place.
spo15 is a good rwr. i think people just don’t understand how to notch
I wish you was right. The warning slice doesnt line up with the MAWWS. proving its not even giving you correct direction. Maybe its broke like he radars are ATM.

Yes its easy when its close like every other jet but this isnt 13.7 worthy in any way
i don’t notch using missile diamonds, i just go off the maws. the moment maws stops warning that means you notched it. the rwr can still go off but youre fine, missile is defeated
You won be notching much with this RWR with what iv seen. Iv spaded most jets in the game but never had the nonsense im getting RN
i had no trouble with spo 15 on either su-27 or j-11a, and su-27 doesnt even have a maws. If you learn how to notch rwr doesnt really matter

oh no a plane with TV missiles that have to get super close to actually lock moving targets, the horror!
it’s somehow lower than the su-27sm. when its a straight upgrade to it for ground rb, that makes no sense
Whats funnier is the F-16ADF is higher in GRB iirc despite not having any air to ground ordinance.
Anyways my take on this whole thing is that neither the Su-30MK2 or J-11A should have went to 13.3 and instead what should have happened is the BRs should have been decompressed above 14.3.
But that will never happen so here we are…
Iv had less trouble with the flanker 13.0 version. This RWR has me puling straight into missiles
I mean I agree there, then again ground RB BRs have been super weird for aircraft in general.
My post was just a bit of a mock towards the guy because I remember them saying that it had a super overpowered CAS loadout in the other Su-30MK2 thread.

I mean it kinda is
look at good CAS loadouts for 12.0, you get a similar loadout on the f16a, but mavs are much worse than kh29s, and it gets much worse air to air
and then theres the AV8B which gets laser and gps guided bombs only, or up to 4 mavs
and compare it to 6 very good tv guided missiles and one very good tv guided bomb, along with 4 r73s and an r77
just checked an its the same br in ground RB as an F5 in the japan tree that only gets 4 HEAT mavs
it absolutely should not be 12.3 in ground
And then there are F-16ADF’s with worse-ish A2A capabilities and absolutely zero A2G (not even dumb munitions) at 12.7.
Yeah whoever comes up with these smokes some good stuff.
It is already balanced. Why would you want a plane to lose all of it’s value by moving it up? It is literally food at 13.7. Things like the J11B will rip this thing apart. And don’t get me started on 14.0
